Teacher Training
Last week I did the 'selection event' to see if I could get on to the interview to do teacher training. The selection event included me giving a talk for a minute on a subject of my choice (I chose Extreme:Rebuild), do some maths and English tests (multiple choice) and a psychometric test.
I was so nervous when I had to give the talk because it was in front of everyone else who was there (20 adults) and I don't think I did too well.
The psychometric test was just a regular choose from these two extremes and wasn't hard, just you worry if you are choosing the right answer for the type of person they are looking for but I still answered truthfully.
The maths and english tests weren't too bad (easier than I thought they'd be).
So, we found out the psychometric, maths and english tests wont have anything to do with if we get chosen for the interview or not :s so that left the talk and well.... I went to pieces. The worst part was we were going to have to wait a week to find out if we got the interview or not

Yesterday I got a phone call saying that on Wed 17th of May I HAVE AN INTERVIEW!!! This can only be down to God because I was totally rubbish at the talk and I just feel Him nudging me into teaching. So yaaay!!!
I now have to worry about what psychoses my psychometric test will uncover (I'll find out 15 mins before the interview). heheh - it's all good!!!
I'm nearly at the end of the dissertation and I'm not sure if I've done enough - I'm gonna try and finish it by Monday (it's due in a week and a day after that) so I can add to it if I need to.
Well, that's all from me for now
God bless you all
